§ 8A-255. Exemptions for meat inspected under United States Department of Agriculture.

(a)

The provisions of this article shall not apply to meat which is produced, prepared or packaged for sale at retail within Miami-Dade County, Florida, under meat inspection of the United States Department of Agriculture until after such meat leaves the premises of a United States Department of Agriculture official establishment for distribution.

(b)

The provisions of this article shall not apply to meat which is produced, prepared or packaged under meat inspection of the United States Department of Agriculture for sale at retail outside Miami-Dade County, Florida.
