Editor's note

Ord. No. 86-5, § 1, adopted Feb. 4, 1986, repealed Ord. No. 85-50 and reset the license tax rates to their July 1, 1985 level. Ord. No. 85-50 imposed an additional tax for economic growth and to support the symphony. It was codified as § 8A-171.1. The editor has adjusted the fees in § 8A-186 to reflect their July 1, 1985, level.
