(a)

Value of County-supported services at County institutions, uncompensated services. The Authority shall include the value of the services described in paragraph 2-263.2(3) as a part of its annual report to the County Commission as specified in paragraph 2-263.1(18).

(b)

Use of bond proceeds. Each health facility receiving proceeds from any bonds issued hereunder shall advise the Authority in writing, within the first ninety (90) days of each calendar year during which its bonds remain outstanding, of the manner in which its patients have benefited from the issuance of the bonds.
