§ 2-263.2. Approval of bonds and notes by County Commission.

The sale of the bonds and notes authorized to be issued by the Authority pursuant to this article shall be subject to the approval of the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida, prior to the validation requirements of subsection 2-263.3(d).
