In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, a special taxing district to be known and designated as the DORAL COMMONS RESIDENTIAL AND DORAL COMMONS COMMERCIAL MULTIPURPOSE MAINTENANCE AND STREET LIGHTING SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICT, is hereby created and established within the municipal limits of the City of Doral, Florida.
