§ 2-2302. [boundaries.]
The area or boundaries of this proposed special taxing district are as follows:
A portion of Section 8, Township 53 South, Range 40 East in Miami-Dade County, Florida; being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the southwest corner of the S ¼ of said Section 8; thence N 01° 43′ 29″ W for 730.21 feet; thence N 89° 39′ 25″ E for 2,633.37 feet; thence N 01° 43′ 57″ W for 489.78 feet; thence N 89° 39′ 25″ E for 738.51 feet; thence S 01° 44′ 24″ E for 609.91 feet; thence N 89° 39′ 25″ E for 764.16 feet; thence N 01° 44′ 24″ W for 118.10 feet; thence N 89° 39′ 25″ E for 1,130.51 feet; thence S 01° 44′ 25″ E for 728.10 feet; thence S 89° 39′ 25″ W for 5,266.43 feet to the Point-of-Beginning (a.k.a. Doral Commons Residential and Doral Commons Commercial, Tentative Plat #s T-23383 and T-23384).
