§ 23-48. Same—Appropriated to fund.

All money derived from the taxes imposed by this ordinance [Sections 23-46 to 23-48] is hereby appropriated to the Metropolitan Dade County Firefighter's Relief and Pension Fund for the benefit of the participants therein.
