Editor's note

While § 3 of Ord. No. 82-18, adopted March 16, 1982, stated the Board's intention that said ordinance be codified, it did not assign a section number thereto. Thus, at the editor's discretion, § 1(B), (C) was designated as § 21-27.4, concerning specific railroad grade crossings. Section 2 of Ord. No. 84-51, adopted June 19, 1984, repealed § 21-27.4.
