§ 18A-15. Effective date.

This chapter shall become effective seventy (70) days after the date of enactment provided however this chapter shall not apply to projects for which prior to the effective date of this chapter:

(1)

An application for a building permit has been filed;

(2)

A building permit has been issued and is in effect;

(3)

The Zoning Appeals Board, Community Zoning Appeals Board, or Board of County Commissioners has by resolution approved a project site plan;

(4)

A site plan which has received administrative site plan approval; or

(5)

A zoning application has been filed prior to March 11, 1998 that includes detailed site and landscape plans.
