§ 13-9. General requirements.

  • (a)

    Stolen explosives, reporting. In the event that any explosive is stolen, misplaced, or lost, such occurrence shall be reported immediately to the directors of public works, Miami-Dade Police Department, Miami-Dade Fire and Rescue Departments, and the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. The area in which the incident occurs shall be secured until investigation has been made and the scene released by the proper authority.

    (b)

    Sale to person without County user permit. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any explosive to any person who does not have a valid County user permit issued hereunder or under the provisions of Article 28 of the County Fire Code.

    (c)

    Inventory, reporting. Every user having any explosive in his possession, dominion or control shall file with the Director on the fifteenth day of each and every month, a schedule or inventory accurately setting forth the quantity and description of such explosives on a form prescribed by the Director.
