§ 8CC-8. Appeals.

  • (a)

    The named violator or the County may appeal a final order of the Hearing Officer for all violations by filing a notice of appeal in the Circuit Court in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the procedures and within the time provided by the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure for the review of administrative action.

    (b)

    Unless the findings of the Hearing Officer are overturned in a proceeding held pursuant to Section 8CC-8(a), all findings of the Hearing Officer shall be admissible in any proceeding to collect unpaid penalties.
