§ 8AA-156.1. Reservation of rights.

(a)

The County reserves the right to amend this chapter as it shall find it necessary in the lawful exercise of its police powers.

(b)

The County reserves the right to amend this chapter as it existed prior to the effective date of this article, to the full extent permitted by state and federal law.

(c)

This article shall be applicable to all facilities Placed or Maintained in the County's Rights-of-Way on or after the effective date of this article, to the full extent permitted by state and federal law.

(d)

The adoption of this article is not intended to waive any rights or defenses under any existing franchise, license or other agreements with a Provider.
