§ 8AA-9. Acceptance of license.

Within thirty (30) calendar days after the resolution awarding the license, the licensee shall file with the Director its written acceptance of the license, together with the insurance policies and bonding documents required by Sections 8AA-21 through 8AA-24, and its agreement to be bound by and to comply with all requirements pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and the license. All material statements and declarations contained in the application shall be incorporated as conditions of the license. Such acceptance and agreement shall inform and content be satisfactory to and approved by the County Attorney.
