(a) The Director may conduct periodic performance evaluations of a licensee. A licensee
shall cooperate with these evaluations. If the Director implements a survey of cable
subscribers in connection with a performance evaluation, the Director may require
a licensee to distribute the County's questionnaire to its subscribers at the County's
expense. Upon request and upon reimbursement of County copying charges, the licensee
may receive copies of all responses.
(b) At the conclusion of the evaluation, the Director shall issue a report of the
results of any performance evaluation together with, if necessary, any recommendations
for methods to improve a licensee's performance under the license or this chapter.
