The County shall have the right and authority to inspect the licensee's books and
records, and the right of audit and recomputation of any and all amounts due to the
County prior to October 1, 2001. All costs associated with any such audit shall be
borne by the licensee when said audit results in increasing, by more than five (5)
percent, the licensee's annual payment to the County. Upon reasonable notice, such
records necessary to perform said audit and recomputation shall be made available
to the County at the licensee's Miami-Dade County office.
