The licensee must comply at all times with all policies, procedures and directives
of the Public Works Department. Except for individual service drops, the licensee
shall not erect any pole, run any line, nor shall any construction on public property
and related to the delivery of cable services be commenced without the prior approval
of the Public Works Department.
