§ 8AA-11. Changes to license terms and conditions.

  • Each application for modification of a license shall set forth the following information. To be acceptable for filing, the application must be submitted and be accompanied by the required application fee.

    (a)

    The specific modification requested;

    (b)

    The justification for the requested modification, including the impact of the requested modification on subscribers and others, and the impact on the applicant if the modification is not approved;

    (c)

    A statement whether the modification is sought pursuant to federal or State law, and, if so, a demonstration that the requested modification meets the legal standards of that law; and

    (d)

    Any other information necessary for the County to make a determination.

    No application fee shall be required where the modification is requested by the County or where the modification is required to bring the license into conformity with the law of a superior sovereign.
