§ 8A-383. Regulations.

(a)

Employees of the Owner and Remeterer performing work related to remetering, including but not limited to, submeter readers and submeter testers, shall display identification reflecting the Owner's or Remeterer's name and logo.

(b)

Only individual units may be submetered and each submeter shall only serve one (1) unit.
