§ 8A-364. Locksmith license.

(a)

Unless otherwise exempt pursuant to provisions of this article, no individual shall perform work as a locksmith in Miami-Dade County, Florida, without first obtaining a locksmith license from the Director pursuant to this article and maintaining such license as required herein.

(b)

Any individual who performs work as a locksmith in Miami-Dade County, Florida shall obtain a license annually or biannually from the Director.
