§ 8A-230.6. Film industry; partial exemption.

Any person not domiciled in Miami-Dade County that comes to film in the County for either: (a) not more than three (3) times per fiscal year and for not more than thirty (30) consecutive days each such time, or (b) not more than once per fiscal year and not for more than ninety (90) consecutive days, shall be exempt from paying an local business tax. For purposes of this section the term "film" shall be defined in the same manner as set forth in Section 2-11.14(a), Code of Miami-Dade County.
