§ 8A-165. Civil liability.

The Miami-Dade Police Department shall be under no obligation to respond to any message or signal transmitted in violation of Section 8A-162 of this article and Miami-Dade County, Florida; the Miami-Dade Police Department and its officers, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any failure to respond.
