§ 8A-161.10. Adoption by reference of portions of Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act.

Section 559.905, Florida Statutes, through Section 559.919, except Section 559.915
relating to records retention, Florida Statutes, as same may be amended from time
to time, are adopted hereby and incorporated herein by reference thereto as if the
provisions of each such statutes were set out in full herein and each violation of
said statutes is a violation of this article.
