§ 8A-152. Private security guards; wearing of certain uniforms prohibited.

After June 1, 1971, it shall be unlawful for any employee of any private security
agency to wear any badge, uniform, or insignia of such similarity of design, color
or inscription to the official badge, uniform, or insignia of the Miami-Dade Police
Department or of any municipal police department of the County which is indistinguishable
therefrom at a distance of twenty (20) feet.
