§ 8A-204. Traveling junk dealers.

    Each person who travels from place to place purchasing junk shall pay a local business tax as provided for in the schedule of taxes, Section 8A-223.1 and he shall, before leaving any village or incorporated town or city, submit to the chief of police or marshal a list of the junk he has purchased together with the name and permanent address of the person from whom purchased.

    (2)

    Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not exceeding six (6) months.
