§ 8A-111.1. Obstruction of price screen.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell at retail or offer to sell at retail any item or service to any retail customer by utilizing a cash register or similar device when:
(1)

The retail customer is within five (5) feet of such register or similar device at the time the retail sale occurs, and

(2)

The retail customer's view of the price screen of the cash register or similar device is obstructed in any way at the time the retail sale occurs.
