§ 6-2. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall be defined as hereinafter provided:
(a)

Blood donor facility means any facility the primary function of which is to obtain, by venipuncture, source blood or plasma (human) intended for injection.

(b)

Donor means a person present at a blood donor facility for the purpose of undergoing venipuncture in order to extract source blood or plasma (human) intended for injection.

(c)

Party means individuals, partnerships, corporations, associations, or public or private organizations of any character.
