Chapter 33I. POLICE SERVICES IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE

§ 33I-1. Short title and applicability.

(a)

This chapter [Ordinance Number 90-31] shall be known and may be cited as the "Police Services Impact Fee Ordinance."

(b)

This chapter shall be applicable to all land development in unincorporated Miami-Dade County.
