§ 331-15. Vested rights.

  • Nothing in this chapter shall limit or modify the rights of any person to complete any development for which a lawful building permit was issued prior to the effective date of this chapter and on which there has been a good faith reliance and a substantial change of position. The County Planning and Zoning Director, upon application by the feepayer, shall determine the extent of the applicability of vested rights. Appeal of the Zoning Director's determination shall be to the Developmental Impact Committee Executive Council in accordance with Section 33I-13 and Section 2-114.1, Code of Miami-Dade County.
