§ 33E-2. Short title, authority and applicability.

(a)

This chapter [Ordinance Number 88-112], effective June 4, 1989, shall be known and may be cited as the "Miami-Dade County Road Impact Fee Ordinance."

(b)

The Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County has the authority to adopt this chapter pursuant to Article VIII, Section 6 of the Constitution of the State of Florida, Section 1.01 of the Charter of Miami-Dade County and Chapters 163 and 380, Florida Statutes.

(c)

This chapter shall be applicable to land development in the entirety of Miami-Dade County.
