Nothing contained in this article shall be interpreted to conflict with or supersede
any federal regulation pertaining to the control of airport hazards, except in those
instances in which this article imposes lower height limitations or more stringent
restrictions upon the use of land or water than are imposed or required by other County
ordinance or resolution, or federal rules or regulations, in any of which instances
the provisions of this article shall govern.
