§ 33-343. Conditions to site plan approvals, public hearing approvals and variances.

Any variance granted under this article may, if such action is deemed advisable to
effectuate the purposes of this article and reasonable in the circumstances, be so
conditioned as to require the owner of the structure or tree in question to install,
operate, and maintain, at his or her expense, or to permit the Miami-Dade County Aviation
Department to install, operate, and maintain thereon at the owner's expense, such
marking, or marking and lighting, as may be necessary to indicate to aircraft pilots
the presence of an airport hazard. Such other reasonable conditions may also be imposed
as to ensure compliance with the intent of this article.
