Any variance granted under this article may, if such action is deemed advisable to
effectuate the purposes of this article and reasonable in the circumstance, be so
conditioned as to require the owner of the structure or tree in question to install,
operate, and maintain, at his expense, or to permit the Miami-Dade County Aviation
Department to install, operate, and maintain thereon at the owner's expense such marking,
or marking and lighting, as may be necessary to indicate to aircraft pilots the presence
of an airport hazard or hazard to air navigation.
