The maximum number of dwelling units in a multiple family housing development, apartment,
or housing project shall not exceed a density of fifty (50) dwelling units per acre,
or eight hundred seventy-one and two-tenths (871.2) square feet of lot area per dwelling
unit. Hotels, motels and apartment hotels developed for transient residential usage
shall not exceed a density of seventy-five (75) dwelling units per net acre or five
hundred eighty and eight-tenths (580.8) square feet of lot area per dwelling unit.
Each dwelling unit of a bungalow villa shall provide at least two thousand (2,000)
square feet of lot area.
