§ 33-284.89. Zoning relief from certain requirements.

Relief from the following requirements of this article shall be permitted only pursuant to the standards and requirements of Section 33-311(A)(4)(a) of this Code:

1.

Minimum and maximum densities;

2.

Required liner buildings used to screen parking;

3.

Colonnade regulations, including minimum horizontal and vertical clearances;

4.

Provision of A streets;

5.

Requirements for street trees, greens, plazas, squares and medians;

7.

Maximum size of blocks;

8.

Curb requirement in the Core and Center sub-district; and

9.

Signage.
