§ 32-167. Reporting and record-keeping.

(a)

All incidents of suspected or actual backflow shall be reported to the Department by all persons with knowledge.

(b)

The Department shall retain all records incident to the cross-connection control program which are mandated by this article and by rules and regulations promulgated by State agencies pursuant to provisions of Part VI of Chapter 403, Florida Statutes.
