§ 32-174. Identification.

32-174.1.

Identification cards. Failure to produce identification cards by all persons required to possess identification cards pursuant to this Article within a WASD facility shall be cause for immediate removal from the WASD facility and shall be grounds for such further actions as may be authorized by law.

32-174.2.

Duty to report violations. All law enforcement officers and persons required to possess identification cards pursuant to this Article shall be under a continuing duty to promptly report the presence of (1) any unauthorized persons in a restricted area and (2) any unauthorized person on a WASD facility without a conspicuously-placed identification card.
