§ 32-7. Minimum standards for individual sewage disposal facilities.

The minimum standards adopted by the State Board of Health pursuant to the authority of Chapter 381, Florida Statutes, and enumerated in the Rules of the State Board of Health, Chapter 170 C-4 of the Rules and Regulations of the State of Florida, as amended from time to time, are adopted as the minimum permissible standards governing individual sewage disposal facilities in Miami-Dade County. Enforcement hereof shall be effected pursuant to Section 2-77(b) of the Code of Metropolitan Miami-Dade County.
