§ 31-301. Applicability.

All general requirements contained in this article are applicable to chauffeur applicants and chauffeurs for nonemergency medical transportation regulated under Chapter 4, Article III, private school buses regulated under Chapter 30, Section 371 and 372, taxicabs regulated under Chapter 31, Article II, Passenger Motor Carriers regulated under Chapter 31, Article III, and special transportation service regulated under Chapter 31, Article IV and limousines regulated under Chapter 31, Article VI.
