§ 30-386. Acceptance of fines; receipts of bail; notice to witnesses, etc.

The following duties are hereby imposed upon the Office of the Clerk in reference to traffic offenses:
(a)

It shall accept designated fines and issue receipts therefor.

(b)

It shall receive, and issue receipts for, bail from the person who must or wish to be heard in court, and notify the arresting officer and witnesses, if any, to be present.
