§ 30-374.1. Penalty.

Every person found guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of Section 30-374 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) or by impounding of such person's all-terrain vehicle for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both unless otherwise provided herein.
