§ 30-213. Incompetent drivers; drivers' licenses.

  • (1)

    No person under the age of sixteen (16) years without a special permit as provided by the laws of the State, and no person physically or mentally disabled or incapacitated in any particular, temporarily or permanently, shall drive a motor vehicle upon the streets or highways of this County providing such disability or incapacity is such as to interfere with the ready and safe operation of the vehicle.

    (2)

    No person shall drive a motor vehicle upon the streets or highways of this County unless such person has a valid operator's license issued by this State, or such operator's license as is required of the person under the laws of the State, or chauffeur's license if a chauffeur's license is required.
