§ 2-352. Duty of County Manager to notify Clerk of Board of County Commissioners upon issuance of administrative order; placement of matter before Board for consideration and review after public hearing.

Immediately upon issuance of any administrative order pursuant to Section 2-350, the County Manager shall notify the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, whose duty it shall be to place the matter before the Board of County Commissioners for consideration and review following a public hearing as soon as is reasonably practicable.
