The Water and Sewer Advisory Board shall consist of nine (9) members, each of whom
shall be an individual of outstanding reputation, integrity, responsibility and business
ability; provided, however, that no person who is an officer or employee of any water
or sewer system or company operating within Miami-Dade County, shall be eligible for
membership. The members of said Board shall be appointed and serve in accordance with
the provisions of Sections 2-11.38, 2-11.38.1, 2-11.38.2, and 2-11.39 inclusive of the Code of Miami-Dade County.
