§ 2-116.11. Area planning reports—Previous studies.

All neighborhood or area studies previously accepted and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners, and in effect on the effective date of this ordinance, shall continue to have the same legislative and legal status as prior to the adoption of this ordinance, consistent with the provisions of Section 2-114(b) Code of Miami-Dade County, unless such studies are specifically repealed or modified by Board of County Commissioners action.
