§ 2-88.2. Same—Persons presently receiving benefits.

Any person presently receiving the public assistance or other welfare payments aforesaid who now owns or hereafter acquires real estate, in order to be eligible for benefits to be paid on or after September 1, 1959, shall execute an agreement for lien in the same form as prescribed hereinabove; provided, however, that such lien shall secure only those payments made to the recipient on or after September 1, 1959.
