On the effective date of the resolution of the Board of County Commissioners accepting
the Final Report of the Trust submitted pursuant to Section 2-1114 above, this Article shall sunset, [and] shall be deleted from the Code of Miami-Dade
County, Florida, and shall be of no further force and effect. Following the adoption
of such resolution, the Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to take such further
action as may be necessary to ensure that this Article is deleted from the Code of
Miami-Dade County, Florida. (Ord. No. 17-42, § 1, 7-6-17)
