§ 2-1105. Conflict of interest.

Section 2-11.1 (c) and (d) of the Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics Ordinance of Miami-Dade County are waived for Partnership members for transactions arising from the exercise of those powers granted the Partnership herein and by the requirements of the Partnership programs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Partnership and its members shall comply with all other provisions set forth in Section 2-11.1 and any other applicable state and federal laws.
