§ 2-622. Composition; terms.

Committee members shall be appointed by the County Manager, as provided in Resolution No. R-1302-90 to include representatives of the private ambulance industry, the chief of the Miami-Dade County Fire Department and the Director of the Consumer Services Department of Miami-Dade County or their designees.

Committee members shall serve without compensation. The County Manager shall appoint a chairperson. The members serving on the committee pursuant to Resolution No. R-1302-90 and appointment by the County Manager shall continue to serve until the committee is dissolved pursuant to Section 2-625 or until a successor is duly appointed.
