§ 2-2084. Administration.

The Energy Savings Program may be administered by the County Mayor or County Mayor's designee or by a separate legal entity or entities created pursuant to Section 163.01(7), Florida Statutes, as selected by the Board of County Commissioners. The Energy Savings Program shall be administered in accordance with this Article and any additional regulations and orders adopted by the Board of Miami-Dade County Commission from time to time.
