§ 2-1889. Appointments.

(a)

The Board hereby appoints the following persons to the position of commissioners of the Agency:

(i)

Mack Samuel is hereby reappointed to serve a term of four years from the effective date of this ordinance;

(ii)

Dr. Mae Bryant is hereby reappointed to serve a term of four years from the effective date of this ordinance;

(iii)

Lesly Prudent is hereby appointed to serve a term of four years from the effective date of this ordinance;

(iv)

Eugene Lomando is hereby reappointed as to the Agency's board of commissioners for a term of four years from the effective date of this ordinance; and

(vi)

Charesse Chester.

(b)

The Board hereby reappoints Dr. Mae Bryant as Chair and Eugene Lomando is appointed as Vice Chair of the Agency.

(c)

All future appointments of chairs, vice-chairs and board of commissioners of the Agency shall be made by resolution.

(d)

All prior and current appointments made pursuant to Resolution Nos. R-1370-08, R-86-09, R-164-10 and R-571-11 are ratified and approved by this ordinance, as of the effective date of the appointments provided by these resolutions.
